London, 2021: The Genesis

I hit the wall. My memory is still fuzzy, but I remember the emptiness. I realised too late that I pushed myself too far: too much pressure, too much work, too little time. After I quit my job at B2C2 in January 2021, I took me years to recover from my burn-out. You always under-estimate the impact of a burn out on your body, your mind but takes time and patience to fully recover.
